ARE ALL PRODUCTS
ORIGINAL?
All items (albums, photocards, and merchandise) are 100% official. We source them directly from South Korea and Japan, and each item is carefully checked upon arrival to ensure authenticity.
AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF
STOCK. WILL YOU RESTOCK?
We restock items regularly depending on supplier availability. Even older or rarer items can come back in stock, though quantities may vary.
CAN YOU HELP ME FIND SOMETHING?
Yes! If you’re looking for a specific photocard, album, or K-pop item, don’t hesitate to contact us. We actively help collectors find items and will do our best to source it for you depending on availability.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN "PRE-ORDER" AND "RESTOCK"?
Some items may be available as pre-orders or restocks.
Pre-orders items have not yet been released and will be shipped once they become available.
Restock items are currently out of stock but are expected to be available again. Orders for these items will be fulfilled once new stock arrive.
SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH MY ORDER.
We always take great care when preparing your order. However, if there is any issue upon delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
To help us resolve the situation as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you include an unboxing video in your message.
I'D LIKE TO CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER.
If you've changed your mind, you can cancel or request a return directly from your orders history.
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, your payment will be refunded on your used payment method.
If the order has already left our warehouse, the items have to be shipped back to us in their original condition. Check our return policies for more informations.
